I have uploaded a little renewed version of the web site www.richard-vanek.eu This web site will become my only web representation in short while. Almost every day I am adding or improving some items. You can see that progress at www.richard-vanek.eu. I would actually really appreciate if you can compare responsiveness of these two server as they are hosted on different providers in different places on earth. Let me know please if you notice any difference, thank you in advance.

    Ah – now you are talkin’. Which is to say – that is a beautiful looking site. I especially like the bouncing drop-down menus.

    And it looks modern; i.e. lightbox or thickbox or whatever popups; and easy to navigate etc. I need to look at it somemore, but first impressions are excellent.

    Hey Richo, I agree with Dave, nice, clean, modern look. However, the lightbox javascript within the Projects doesn’t seem to be working in IE (IE7), though it works fine in Firefox.

    I have used similar javascript before, and it is not because I am clicking an image before the javascript fully loads :)

    Thanks Dave for compliments I hope I can improve the site even better and put more content there as well.

    Paul, I have to look into IE7 problem. It should be working. I will test right a way after I get some sleep. I am quite tired after four hours drive in snow.

    Paul you are right slimbox doesn’t work with IE7 hm what a pity, before I have used lightbox2 I may look for other similar soft. Just pity I have invest so much in rebuilding it and adding some extra functionality.

    I need to write down that IE not functioning was caused by my not correct modification of slimbox. So don’t you worry slimbox works on IE.
