What happened Saturday?

At the end of the day I manage to put the big Epson 7500 back in former state, I mean I put it all together again. Wll with one exception, The small piece of plastic which covers the extra hole for paper level handle has dropped into the printer. Yes I am really not very handy. In situations like that I am quiteirritated and unable to control myself not to express that irritation to outside world. And I have exploded again Ema. She was so kind be with me in the room, just she wanted to be with me and all was fine until that piece of plastic didn’t drop in.

Quite a piece of the day I have spend with this software and all its advantages and technologies. Evernote, this software really sounds good and it takes while until I have got it. I may understand it now better, but certainly not in whole potential. Shortly, it offers offline and cloud storage of any data you like, with organization in notebooks using tags and great searching. Search does index all your writings, but also content of your PDFs and OCR in your images! Therefore finding something is just typing it in and you have all notes which do have such a text in them, wonderful.

What I was little worried was, where my data are? What happen if the company is bought or gone. Well it seems that all my data are located on my PC so I can access them offline and also back them up. Some notebooks you may also create local only (never sync).

This brings me to the other surprising information I have learned yesterday, Google has bought NIK Software. This really worries me as I am using theirs great software Silver Efex Pro and Color Efex Pro and I was in plan to purchase all other of their plug-ins. One more reason to be worried is that official reason for Google was to acquire Snapseed software. I use that one as well for quick edits on the phone or more sophisticated on my iPad, especially on travel.

And yes, I was working in our future house. I spend there three hours sanding wooden construction under the roof. Now it is clean and smooth and, can be painted nicely. After I was done my hands, especially the right one has very nasty feeling in the bones. When I softly hit, more like touched, anything with fingers of my right hand, I felt my bones vibrating. Very strange feeling like they would get into some kind of resonating. One touch leads to repeating resonating feeling. Not in my flash on hands, but I really did feel it in my bones. Maybe you have experience similar thing, you can compare it to hitting long piece of metal strip, if you know what I mean. It keeps vibrating.
